Senior Manager – Sales (IT Services & Digital Marketing)
Location: Latur (MH) Onsite
Exp:10–15 Years (Minimum 7+ years in Tech & Non-Tech Sales Leadership)
Role Overview: We are seeking a Senior Manager – Sales with proven experience in domestic and international markets for IT Services and Digital Marketing. The ideal candidate will lead a high-performing sales team capable of generating 3–5 Cr average monthly revenue, while driving innovative sales strategies and customized client pitches.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales Leadership & Revenue Generation
- Lead and manage domestic & international sales teams for IT Services and Digital Marketing
- Drive monthly revenue targets of 3–5 Cr through team performance
- Own end-to-end sales funnel: lead generation closure account growth
- Build scalable revenue models and predictable sales pipelines
Strategic Sales & Client Pitching
- Design and execute unique sales strategies aligned with market trends
- Create customized pitch decks based on client designation (CXO, CTO, CMO, Head of Marketing, Product Owners, etc.)
- Position solutions effectively across IT Services, Digital Transformation, and Digital Marketing offerings
- Act as a problem solver, addressing client pain points with innovative solutions
Team Development & Training
- Hire, train, and mentor sales managers and executives
- Conduct regular sales training, role-plays, and pitch workshops
- Build a performance-driven sales culture with clear KPIs and accountability
- Improve closure ratios and average deal sizes
Process, Tools & Collaboration
- Implement and optimize CRM systems and sales reporting dashboards
- Track sales metrics: pipeline, conversion rates, ticket size, and forecasting
- Collaborate with marketing, delivery, and leadership teams
- Provide accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts
Required Skills & CompetenciesMust-Have
- Proven experience generating 3–5 Cr/month revenue through team-led sales
- Strong exposure to Domestic & International IT Services sales
- Expertise in Digital Marketing services selling (SEO, PPC, Performance Marketing, Branding, Marketing Automation)
- Exceptional negotiation, objection handling, and closure skills
- Strategic thinker with problem-solving mindset
Leadership & Communication
- Strong people management and coaching abilities
- Ability to pitch differently based on client role and industry
- Confident communicator with CXOs and enterprise clients
Preferred Background
- Experience in IT Services, SaaS, Digital Agencies, or Consulting firms
- Prior exposure to US, UK, Europe, Middle East, or APAC markets
- Experience in building sales teams from scratch or scaling rapidly
