Sr. Manager - Business Development

CUBE is a cloud-based platform designed to streamline the lifecycle of building and infrastructure projects. Its Connected Unified Built Environment Management System (CUBE.ms) integrates advanced tools and features to enable cohesive project collaboration. Combining Common Data Environment (CDE) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) functionalities, CUBE serves as a single source of truth for stakeholders and teams. The platform also includes a built-in BIM Content Management System and a visual Common Data Environment tailored for BIM and AEC workflows.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore for a Senior Manager - Business Development. The role involves spearheading business development strategies, identifying new opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and driving lead generation. Responsibilities include developing and managing client accounts, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with internal teams to create tailored solutions that address client needs. The candidate will also oversee negotiations and develop strategies to increase revenue growth and market share.

• Strong experience in Business Development, Account Management, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
• Proficiency in analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities, and conducting industry research
• Effective strategic planning, lead generation, and revenue growth skills
• Strong communication, presentation, and networking abilities
• Proven ability to manage negotiations and close deals effectively
• Knowledge of SaaS platforms, Building Information Modeling (BIM), Common Data Environment (CDE), or AEC industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree is an advantage
• Strong leadership skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
