This role requires an innovative and pro-active digital media planner and buyer with a natural ability in client servicing. As the Group Head, you will be required to plan and take ownership of cross-channel, buy, implement, optimize and report on brand and performance media campaigns across a wide variety of platforms.
REPORTING: Director, Digital
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Take ownership of client needs/requests related to digital marketing strategy campaign through influencers and digital ads
- Conceptualize and produce holistic communication strategies, related to the clients campaign KPI
- Work closely with an internal specialized team to monitor performance and recommend optimizations and new/different strategies and tactics
- Device cross-platform digital plans focusing on various objectives from brand awareness to engagement to performance-led
- Improving the design, usability, content and conversion points of the website/landing pages for the promotion and growth of a brand s online assets
- Monitor effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of media programs and analyse, review report on effectiveness of campaign to maximize results
- Negotiate with media publishers
- Lead role in training and managing team members in digital media
- Collaborating with all departments in the agency
- To be the primary point person on key accounts
- In addition to the core account assignments, the Group Head is expected to participate in new business pitches, internal presentations, and award submissions
PROFILE REQUIREMENTS:
- 6-7 years of relevant work experience
- Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Advertising / Marketing / Communication
- Solid understanding of marketing and media planning principles
- Experience using technology to connect with key target audience segment
- Proficiency in digital media planning and trafficking softwares, including DoubleClick/DART (or equivalent), Similarweb and ComScore
