Radiopharma, Allergy Immunotherapy, CDMO Sterile Injectables, Contract Research Development and Manufacturing Organisation (CRDMO), Generics and Proprietary Novel Drugs businesses.
In the
Radiopharma business, the Company is involved in manufacturing and supply of Radiopharmaceuticals with a network of 46 radio-pharmacies in the US. The Company's

Role Summary
Digital and IT Project Management is critical to successfully delivery of projects within scope, schedule & cost. Also, PMO for Group CDIO office shall ensure regular follow-ups on key themes, visually appealing & easy to understand reporting of projects statuses, risk identification and maintain external vendor relationships through quarterly/ monthly reviews and connects.

Job Context:
This position shall need to apply business analysis, technical delivery and project management practices focusing on successful delivery of IT Applications within scope, schedule & cost. Also, being PMO for Group CDIO office this position is required for preparation of Board Strategy presentations, CCMD / CHRO / CEO Function Reviews & Budget presentations by consulting all tower leads (Applications, Infra, Commercials, Network & InfoSec). Setup Cadence for internal & external IT reviews for effective review of critical projects, threads across towers & businesses.
Challenges:
Front-end with senior leadership across Business and Digital and IT, vendor ecosystem and across different functions (Quality, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance etc.) for understanding requirements, conflict management & closure of action items / tasks as per schedule to ensure business satisfaction.
Key Accountabilities
Digital and IT Project Governance (PMO)
- Project Oversight & Governance: Monitor and track project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies across Digital and IT initiatives to ensure alignment with Group CDIO Strategy and objectives.
- Budget & Resource Management: Track project budgets, identify potential overruns, and escalate risks proactively. Maintain resource allocation visibility and support optimization.
- Performance Reporting: Prepare and maintain dashboards, status reports, and executive summaries for leadership, highlighting progress, risks, and mitigation plans.
- Compliance & Standards: Ensure adherence to governance frameworks, quality standards, and documentation requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Benefits Realization Tracking: Monitor whether projects deliver expected business value post-implementation.
- Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate structured communication plans for stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment.
- UAT Support: Contribute towards preparation of UAT documents, execution & signoffs.
- Post Go-Live Support: Contribute towards post go-live support of applications and manage transition to support team.
Group CDIO Office (Strategy)
- Digital and IT Strategy & Budget: Support preparation and review of CAPEX & OPEX budgets and presentations for CCMD / CHRO / CEO in collaboration with tower leads (Applications, Infra, Network, Information Security, Commercials & others).
- PMO Reporting & MIS: Prepare Weekly, Monthly & Quarterly reports for all Digital and IT sub-functions, including project status, risks, and performance metrics.
- Strategic Alignment Reviews: Periodically assess whether ongoing projects align with evolving business priorities and CDIO roadmap.
- Innovation & Emerging Tech Evaluation: Support analysis of new technologies and their potential integration into the digital strategy.
- Governance Framework Evolution: Continuously improve PMO processes, templates, and standards based on lessons learned.
- Knowledge Management: Maintain a repository of best practices, lessons learned, and project documentation for organizational learning.

Education
BE / B.Tech & MBA from reputed University
Desired Certifications: Certification in PMP, CBAP or Agile are a plus
Experience:
Minimum 10 years of experience, including at least 3 years in a similar role supporting senior leadership in Digital and IT or Strategy function.
Demonstrated experience working directly with Executive committees and Leadership teams.
Functional Experience
Experience in Digital and IT Project Management & Program Management
Expertise in Power BI, Excel (advanced functions, Macros, pivot tables etc.) and data visualization.
Proven experience in strategy creation, executive presentation development and advanced analytics.
