- Responsible for the overall security of personnel, material, machinery, and company assets, both movable and immovable.
- Ensure strict compliance with security protocols and company rules by all employees.
- Conduct regular audits, surprise checks, and ensure reporting accuracy.
- Use surveillance systems for monitoring and loss prevention.
- Implement and monitor security policies within legal frameworks.
- Coordinate with civil and law enforcement authorities for smooth operations.
- Investigate thefts, irregularities, or incidents and report findings.
- Manage and supervise the security team including officers, supervisors, and guards.
- Control and monitor vehicle entry/exit and coordinate transport operations effectively.
- Form and manage an Emergency Response Team (ERT) and Crisis Management Center.
- Handle security budgeting and planning for resource optimization.
Mine Security Operations
- Maintain a safe and secure environment in mining areas through effective enforcement of security policies.
- Supervise all security functions across mining sites, ensuring adherence to safety procedures.
Emergency & Crisis Management
- Define priorities and responsibilities in emergencies such as fire, flood, or other crises.
- Develop and implement disaster packs and response plans for various scenarios.
- Act as the focal point for emergency operations and coordinate timely responses.
General Administration
- Manage daily administrative operations including budgeting, resource planning, and procurement.
- Oversee HR policy implementation, employee welfare, grievance handling, and training.
- Ensure seamless administrative support to all departments in achieving operational goals.
Fleet Management
- Monitor vehicle movements and coordinate transport schedules efficiently.
- Conduct regular checks to ensure vehicle compliance and minimize irregularities
