Job Description

  • Finalization of Accounts
  • Financial Statement Preparation on quarterly, half yearly and annual basis.
  • Direct taxes - Tax audit, ITR and transfer pricing and IT assessment
  • Statutory Audit Coordination
  • Compliance and Regulatory reporting
  • Foreign subsidiaries tax and Regulatory complaisance- USA and Europe
  • Internal controls - ICFR, RCM, SOP, DOA & Responsibility matrix
  • Financial reporting (Listed Entity) - India and foreign subsidiaries (standalone & consolidation) (Ind AS, USGAAP) on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
  • Financial controlling, preparation of Cost Records & Cost Audit,
  • Other compliances- RBI, ROC, Insurance, FEMA, Companies Act, SEZ, DGFT
