Job Purpose:
To lead HR teams across mining project sites (more than 25 running MDO & MO projects) and corporate office to achieve progressive development and growth. Our clients include PSUs of State and Central Government and reputed national & multinational company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive HR strategy aligned with business, production and safety objectives.
- Oversee end-to-end HR operations
- Ensure full compliance with labour laws, CLRA Act, and DGMS requirements.
- Handle labour inspections, audits, statutory authorities, legal cases and compliance closures.
- Manage industrial relations, grievance handling, disciplinary actions, and union negotiations.
- Oversee payroll governance, HR MIS, manpower analytics, and reporting.
Qualification:
Full-time MBA / MSW / PGDM in HR / IR / Labour Laws
Experience:
- 10–18 years of HR experience in the mining industry with strong exposure to statutory inspections and DGMS compliance.
