Job Description:
- Analysis of Client's real estate portfolio & devising effective solution for Client's satisfaction.
- Experience in Leasing of Commercial/ IT Office spaces
- Proven track record of meeting targets.
- Must have prior experience and network with the Domestic and International Property Consultants. (DPC & IPC).
- Cash flow analysis.
- New client pitches, presentations, and business development especially in Gurgaon Real Estate Market.
- New business generation in commercial real estate.
- Experience of handling City-level events & updates on latest market development
Qualifications
- 8 – 12 years experience in Office leasing / portfolio management/ Business development role.
- Work Exp. with DPC/IPC / Corporate Clients / Developers.
- Extrovert personality with engagement and relationship skills.
- Proficiency in analytical skills and Excel, PowerPoint.
- Regular MBA from reputed institute.
