Job Description

Description

Amazon India Fulfillment Central Operations is seeking a Senior Manager to lead our ACES (Amazon Customer Excellence Systems) team, driving process excellence across India's rapidly growing fulfillment network. This is a high-impact leadership role where you will own the design, standardization, and continuous improvement of operational processes across fulfillment centers (FCs) , upstream receive centers (IXDs) and Storage and Distribution Centers (SDCs) and Return Centers (DRCCs).

As the Sr Manager, ACES, you will build and lead a team of specialists responsible for creating scalable standard work, reducing process variation, benchmarking performance across the network, and deploying innovative solutions that improve safety, quality, productivity, and cost. You will partner closely with site operations leaders, technology teams, and program management to translate network-level strategies into executable playbooks that work on the ground.

Why Join Us

Shape the future of operations at scale — India is Amazon's fastest growing and most dynamic fulfillment network globally. You won't be maintaining a mature system; you'll be building the operating model from the ground up.

Unprecedented impact — Your processes will touch millions of packages daily across one of the world's most complex and heterogeneous logistics networks.

Innovation meets execution — India's unique mix of labor-intensive operations, rapid automation adoption, and wide coverage creates engineering challenges you won't find anywhere else.

Build a world-class team — You'll have the mandate to hire, develop, and grow a team of specialists.

Career growth — This role sits at the intersection of operations, technology, and strategy, offering a springboard into senior operations leadership roles across Amazon's global network.

Day 1 culture — We operate with the urgency and ownership of a startup, backed by the resources and scale of one of the world's largest companies.
