Job Description

To play a crucial role in overseeing financial operations and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial information

Accounts Management

* Control of financial policies and accounting activities.

* Planning and preparation of budget and forecasting.

Accounts and Balance sheet finalization.

1. Timely & error free finalization of accounts & balance sheets

Tax Management

* Ensures that all facilities comply with government requirements and meets all statutory, Service Tax, Provident Fund, ESIC and accounting requirements on regular basis.

Prepares reports for monthly, quarterly financial statements.

Liaisons with banks and manages funds in a secured way and maximizing returns on them.

2. Timely & accurate monthly / quarterly financial statements

MIS & Reporting

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients, acting as their main point of contact.

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic account plans to meet client needs and achieve business objectives.

Internal Coordination: Liaise with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure client needs are met.

Problem-Solving: Address client complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain satisfaction.

Business Growth: Identify and pursue opportunities to upsell services, grow existing accounts, and secure contract renewals.

Performance Reporting: Prepare and present account reviews and performance reports to both clients and internal stakeholders.

1. Timely & error free financial reports to senior management

2. Timeliness in different closure of books

3. Accurate verification of vendor bills, pass journal entries etc.

4. Timely preparation of reconciliation of ledgers

Payroll Administration

A Bachelor's degree in Commerce is preferred qualification

10- 15 years of experience

Experience with software and Microsoft Office is required.

Salary Compensation - 25-40 lacs p.a
