Key Responsibilities
Financial Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business goals
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and annual financial planning
Provide actionable financial insights to leadership
Accounting & Financial Reporting
Oversee accounting operations: AP/AR, billing, GL, revenue recognition
Ensure timely and accurate reporting (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
Maintain robust internal control systems
Cost & Margin Management
Analyze product cost structures and channel-wise margins (Retail, D2C, Distribution)
Collaborate with procurement and production to optimize costs
Monitor pricing strategies and profitability
Compliance & Taxation
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory regulations
Coordinate with auditors and tax consultants
Manage audits and annual tax filings
Cash Flow & Working Capital
Monitor daily cash flow and liquidity
Optimize receivables and payables
Manage working capital efficiently
ERP & Systems
Implement and manage ERP systems (Tally, SAP, Zoho, etc.)
Ensure seamless integration across finance, sales, and inventory
Team Leadership
Lead and mentor the finance team
Build a culture of accountability, accuracy, and continuous improvement
Required Qualifications & Skills
CA or MBA (Finance) from a reputed institute
47 years of experience in finance & accounting
Preferably from skincare, cosmetics, FMCG, retail, or D2C brands
Strong knowledge of IGAAP, taxation, and compliance
Expertise in budgeting, forecasting & financial analysis
Proficiency in Tally/ERP systems and MS Excel
Strong analytical, leadership & communication skills
Preferred Experience
Experience in a high-growth D2C skincare or cosmetic brand
