Role & Responsibilities
- Excellent Leadership Qualities
- Candidate shall be responsible For Entire functioning of Accounts and Finance Dept
- She shall be reporting to MD
- Capable of handling a team of more than 20 employees
- Excellent Coordination with all the departments in the company
- Shall be proficient in Import documentation and Foreign Remittances,
- Checking MIS reports
- Analyzing Annual Reports of the Company
- Shall be responsible for all invoices generated by the billing department
- Ensure Compliance and accuracy in accounting/accounting procedures
- Reviewing and checking all works and tasks handled by Accounts and Finance Dept Employees
- Reviewing all Bank Reconciliations
- Maintaining confidentiality and secrecy of the department at all levels
- Analyzing of company revenues, Profit & Loss A/cs, Trial Balance and Balance Sheets
- Good knowledge of GSTR
- Coordination with CA
- Conducting internal departmental Audits
- Checking of all expenses
- Cross checking / reviewing of TDS/TCS return filed with CA Firm
- Complete Knowledge of E-Way bill against purchase by calculating, costing and matching the same with packing list and bill of entry for movement of material from Port to Godown.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Graduate/ Post Graduate/CA/ICWA/CPA with 10-15 years of Experience
- Experience Shall be 10-15 years in Accounts and Finance Dept
- Candidate Should be self-starter, proactive well conversant with functioning of Accounts and Finance Dept
- Good Computer Knowledge Like MS Office Excel, Word Etc., Outlook, Tally Prime-3.0
- Excellent Practical Knowledge in Accounts and Finance Department
- Problem Solving ability
