The position of Sr. Manager - A & F is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. The individual will lead and oversee financial planning, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes. Key responsibilities include managing accounts, developing financial policies, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and providing meaningful financial insights to drive strategic decisions. The role also involves mentoring the finance team and collaborating across departments to maintain and improve financial and operational performance.

• Strong financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting capabilities
• Expertise in accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance
• Proficiency in financial management software and data analysis tools
• Experience managing and leading finance teams to meet organizational goals
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities
• Professional qualifications such as CA, CPA, ACCA, or MBA in Finance
• Experience in the healthcare industry or a global organization is a plus
• Knowledge of tax regulations and corporate financial compliance requirements
