Job Title: Sr. Managed Services Solution Architect

Location: Bangalore / Delhi/ Mumbai

Job Type: Full-Time

Introduction: We are seeking a Senior Managed Services Solution Architect to join our

dynamic team. This key role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing

managed services solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate will have deep technical

expertise, a strong understanding of business needs, and the ability to translate these into

scalable, secure, and cost-effective managed services offerings. You will work closely with

cross-functional teams, including sales, technical delivery, and service management, to

deliver high-quality solutions that drive customer success.

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Design: Lead the design and architecture of complex managed services

solutions for public cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), On-premise DC/ DRS, Network,

Security and End Users, ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry

best practices.

Customer Engagement: Collaborate directly with clients to understand their

business needs, technical challenges, and operational goals. Develop and present

tailored solutions that meet their specific requirements.

End-to-End Solution Delivery: Oversee the end-to-end solution lifecycle, from pre-

sales support through to implementation, ensuring timely and successful delivery of

services.

Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to internal

teams, helping them understand and implement the designed solutions.

Optimization: Continuously assess and optimize existing managed services

offerings, ensuring they remain efficient, scalable, secure, and aligned with emerging

technologies.

Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for designed

solutions, including architecture diagrams, configuration guides, and operational

processes.

Collaboration with Sales and Account Management: Work closely with sales

teams to create compelling proposals, assist in solution presentations, and support

contract negotiations.

Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate technical concepts to both

technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding of project

scope, requirements, and deliverables.

Innovation: Stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in managed

services, cloud computing, and IT operations to drive innovation and competitive

advantage.

Key Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or

related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, AWS, Azure, ITIL, etc.) are a

plus.

Experience:

o Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in IT services, with at least 5 years in a

senior or lead role focused on managed services architecture.

o Proven track record in designing, implementing, and supporting managed

services solutions for enterprise clients.

o Strong understanding of ITIL best practices and service management

frameworks.

Technical Skills:

o Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), virtualization, data

centers, and networking.

o Knowledge of managed security services, monitoring, backup and disaster

recovery, and enterprise service management.

o Experience with automation tools and orchestration platforms.

Soft Skills:

o Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

o Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable business

solutions.

o Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-

driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Advanced certifications in cloud computing or enterprise architecture.

Experience with presales on DevOps, containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), and

microservices architecture.

Experience in managing large, complex client relationships and delivering solutions at

scale.
