About The Role

We are looking for a hands-on, field-driven Sr. Executive Maintenance who can take complete ownership of fleet performance, breakdown control, and maintenance operations across multiple cities. If fleet uptime, SOP compliance, and operational discipline excite you, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage maintenance operations across 8-9 cities
  • Ensure strict SOP and SO compliance in the field
  • Plan and monitor vehicle service schedules and warranty updates
  • Conduct regular site visits and follow-ups
  • Handle inventory and spare parts management
  • Lead and resolve major vehicle breakdowns
  • Manage scrap sale processes, related data, and reporting
  • Analyze daily work reports and mechanic productivity
  • Verify local bills related to maintenance activities
  • Monitor VTS installation and ensure active status of vehicles
  • Maintain accurate MIS, data, and reports using MS Excel

What We're Looking For

  • Strong experience in vehicle/fleet maintenance
  • Exposure to Solid Waste Management, logistics, or fleet operations
  • Excellent coordination skills and ability to handle multi-city operations
  • Comfortable with both field operations and data/reporting responsibilities
  • Team-handling skills (mechanics and helpers)

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • B.Tech / BE Mechanical or equivalent technical diploma/degree
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in vehicle/fleet maintenance
  • Proven experience managing field maintenance operations across multiple locations
  • Strong knowledge of SOP and SO compliance and breakdown resolution
  • Ability to lead and supervise mechanics and helpers; experience in team handling
  • Proficiency in MS Excel for MIS, reporting, and basic data analysis
  • Willingness to travel regularly to various cities for site visits and follow-ups

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Solid Waste Management, logistics, or large-scale fleet operations
  • Familiarity with VTS/telematics installation and monitoring
  • Experience with inventory and spare parts management and scrap sale processes
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, basic macros)
  • Certifications or formal training in vehicle maintenance, fleet management, or related areas
