We are looking for a result-driven IT Business Development Executive who has experience in international IT services sales, lead generation, and client acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads for IT services through platforms such as LinkedIn, Upwork, Clutch, email outreach, and cold calling.
- Identify and target potential international clients in markets such as the USA, UK, UAE, Canada, and Australia.
- Conduct discovery calls, requirement gathering, and client presentations.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Prepare proposals, project estimates, and sales presentations for prospective clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with international clients.
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure smooth project discussions and delivery alignment.
- Maintain CRM records, pipeline tracking, and weekly sales reports.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Required Skills
- 2+ years of experience in IT services sales or business development.
- Strong experience in international client acquisition.
- Knowledge of software development services (Web, Mobile, SaaS, AI, Cloud, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, email outreach tools, and CRM systems.
- Ability to convert leads into SQL and close deals independently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling custom software development services.
- Strong network in international markets.
- Understanding of GTM strategies for SaaS or AI products.
