Sr Linux and AWS administration manager

• Lead and manage IT infrastructure operations with a strong focus on Linux and AWS environments.
• Oversee server-side application management, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.
• Design, implement, and maintain cloud-based infrastructure solutions on AWS.
• Manage and monitor Linux systems, ensuring optimal performance and timely patching and upgrades.
• Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices to align with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support application deployment, scalability, and performance optimization.
• Ensure security compliance, access control, and backup/recovery strategies for cloud and on-prem environments.
• Evaluate new tools and technologies to enhance system reliability and efficiency.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to IT operations and support teams.
• Kubernetes Administration experience will be an added advantage for managing containerized workloads.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong hands-on experience in Linux Administration (6+ years).
• Proven expertise in AWS Cloud Administration (4+ years).
• Experience in application and server-side management.
• Sound understanding of system monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes Administration is an added advantage.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
