Shift Ahead is looking for a legal (techno legal) consultant (Independent Role) with good sound experience in telecom/Carrier business domain experience

Key Skills:

• Legal Drafting & Contract Negotiation
• Regulatory Compliance (USA & International)
• Corporate / Telecom domain experience & knowledge of carrier / telcos
• Contract drafting / Review/ Vetting / Redlining
• Drafted telecom vendor/customer documents related to telecom, reviewed, and negotiated a diverse range of agreements, procurement and vendor contracts, SOWs, order forms, and other legal documents as a subject matter expert.
