Job Description :
Drafting and reviewing IP related documents, such as contracts, licenses, and other legal documents
Negotiating and drafting IP agreements
Advising on IP related matters
Representing the company in IP related disputes
Researching and analyzing IP laws and regulations
Developing and implementing IP strategies
Monitoring IP related developments
The ideal candidate should have:
A law degree from a recognized university
Bachelors of Law (B.L/L.L.B)
