About the Role: Sr. Talent Development Specialist

The Sr. Talent Development Specialist is a critical role within the Cimpress India Talent Development team. This role is responsible for designing, executing, and strategically managing high-impact learning and development initiatives that strengthen leadership capability and drive organizational performance. You will partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders to translate strategic needs into scalable, data-driven learning solutions.

What You Will Do

Design & Build

  • Design and architect complex, high-impact learning experiences, especially in leadership development, performance management, and cultural capability building.
  • Lead end-to-end program ownership: vendor assessments, contract negotiation, content customization, deployment, and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct deep learning needs analysis to identify capability gaps and anticipate future talent requirements.
  • Support and drive leadership programs, high-potential initiatives, and organization-wide development interventions.

Ensure Quality & Reliability

  • Define and implement advanced measurement strategies (Kirkpatrick Level 2 & 3) to evaluate learning effectiveness and business impact.
  • Analyze and project learning data to provide strategic insights for senior leadership, including readiness assessments and ROI.
  • Oversee learning platform architecture to strengthen reporting accuracy, data integrity, and user experience.
  • Build and present strategic dashboards, MIS reports, and insights to inform long-term talent development planning.

Collaborate & Innovate

  • Facilitate complex, high-stakes learning sessions for mid- and senior-level audiences, including leadership, management capability, and change initiatives.
  • Coach junior members of the Talent Development team in instructional design, facilitation excellence, and data analytics.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to HRBPs and business leaders on learning interventions and capability-building strategies.
  • Drive engagement and adoption of learning programs using targeted communication campaigns and strategic messaging.

Your Qualifications

  • 6+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development or Talent Development.
  • Strong expertise in designing and implementing end-to-end L&D programs, especially leadership and performance-oriented interventions.
  • Advanced analytical ability, with experience working on large datasets and deriving actionable insights.
  • Strong consulting, influence, and stakeholder management capabilities with senior leaders.
  • Deep knowledge of adult learning principles, blended learning methodologies, and modern instructional design.
  • Excellent facilitation skills, especially with mid- and senior-level audiences.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and learning technology platforms.

Nice to Have

  • Experience managing global or multi-region learning initiatives.
  • Exposure to capability frameworks, digital learning ecosystems, or HiPo program design.
  • Experience working in matrixed, global organizations with multiple stakeholder groups.
