Job Description

Responsibilities:

Instructional Design (30%)

  • Design and develop engaging training materials including e-learning modules, instructor-led content, job aids, and assessments
  • Collaborate with SMEs to align training content with organizational goals
  • Apply instructional design principles to enhance learner engagement and retention
  • Continuously update training materials to ensure relevance and effectiveness

Global Training Facilitation (50%)

  • Deliver leadership training programs to global audiences, both virtual and in-person
  • Facilitate workshops, seminars, and coaching sessions across employee levels
  • Assess participant engagement and adjust facilitation techniques to maximize impact
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in leadership development

Learning Operations Management (20%)

  • Oversee scheduling, coordination, and logistics of LD programs
  • Prepare monthly reports on participation, feedback, and learning outcomes
  • Manage learner queries and provide timely resolutions
  • Streamline processes to improve learning operations efficiency
