Sr. Learning And Development Specialist

This is a full-time, on-site role located in South Delhi for a Learning and Development Specialist. The primary responsibilities include assessing training needs, designing and delivering training programs, and developing learning content. The Specialist will also manage learning management systems, provide coaching and mentorship, and ensure alignment of training initiatives with overall organizational goals. Collaboration with stakeholders to enhance employee development and productivity is a key aspect of the role.

• Expertise in Training & Development and Learning Management
• Proficiency in Instructional Design and creating training materials
• Strong Communication and Coaching skills
• Proven ability to design and implement effective learning strategies
• Familiarity with data visualization and analytical tools is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field
• At least 2-3 years of professional experience in a learning and development role
• Strong organizational and project management abilities
