Key Responsibilities :
- Lead a Team of Engineers and Designers on a project.
- Schedules and monitors work plans consistent with prime contract requirements.
- Support Department Manager in hiring resources for the projects.
- Reviews and coordinates documents from other disciplines, customers and outside agencies.
- Participates in constructability review with USA Team.
- Identifies and recommends work process improvement.
- Participates in technical review meetings for conflict resolution in field and at suppliers.
- Supervises all activities of CSA on projects of relatively Large size and complexity.
- Interpret and apply industry standards, guidelines, and codes for project deliverables.
- Review geotechnical reports and integrate findings into foundation and civil designs.
- Develop and track work schedules in line with prime contract requirements.
- Lead technical discussions with clients and suppliers, ensuring effective communication and solutions.
- Ensures compliance with Project Quality Plan.
- Review fabrication drawings and visit fabrication shops, construction sites, and our offices in the United States to foster collaboration.

Qualifications
- Bachelor s in Civil Engineering or Master s in Structural Engineering
- Ten (10) to Fifteen (15) years of structural engineering experience; EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) background is preferred.
- Solid understanding of engineering techniques and codes (e.g., IBC, AISC, ACI, ASCE7, PIP)
- Proficiency with structural software tools (e.g., RISA, STAAD) and strong problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to organize, facilitate teamwork, and drive collaboration
- Fluent in written and spoken English, with experience working on U.S.-based projects
