We are looking for
- Minimum 18 yrs of experience into Real Estate and Facilities
- Must have an experience into Setting up the real estate project and Facilities SOPs and processes from scratch.
- Must have experience into Solar Microgrid.
- Good Experience into Managing (environmental services, PV smart grid and electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire safety) and building automation systems
- Hands-on experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and Building Management Systems (BMS)
- Understanding of building codes, mechanical codes, electrical codes and plumbing codes as they relate to the campus operations;
