Job Description

Role Summary: Technical Lead and Service delivery. Own operations and resilience (DR/BCM), deliver secure solution designs for new requirements, and drive cloud adoption/migration (AWS/Azure) with strong governance and audit readiness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead IT service delivery across infrastructure, cloud platforms, applications support, and IT operations.
  • Ensure service availability, performance, security, and compliance with business and regulatory requirements.
  • Drive incident, problem, and change management in line with ITSM best practices.
  • Oversee cloud operations, disaster recovery readiness, and business continuity planning.
  • Manage vendors, service partners, and internal teams to deliver agreed service levels.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on automation, service quality, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 15+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, service delivery, cloud operations, or enterprise technology leadership.
  • Strong experience in the insurance or BFSI/ Insurance domain.
  • Proven track record in cloud transformation, disaster recovery, and high-availability environments.
  • Good understanding of ITSM, governance, incident response, and service operations.
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams, vendors, and strategic technology initiatives.
