Responsibilities
Purpose:
The HR Operations Specialist is a strategic, proactive role designed to streamline HR functions while enhancing the end-to-end employee experience. You will collaborate with the wider HR team to implement efficient processes, ensure operational compliance, and drive organizational excellence through data-driven insights.
Key Roles And Responsibilities
- Policy & Compliance: Administer and interpret HR policies and procedures to ensure full regulatory compliance and foster positive employee relations.
- Lifecycle Management: Lead the employee onboarding and orientation journey, ensuring a seamless integration process that promotes early engagement.
- HRIS & Data Integrity: Oversee HRIS management, maintaining meticulous employee records to ensure data accuracy, security, and confidentiality.
- Payroll Support: Facilitate payroll processes by ensuring timely and precise data management and cross-functional coordination.
- Reporting & Analytics: Generate comprehensive MIS reports and dashboards to track key HR metrics, providing leadership with actionable data for workforce planning.
- Employee Advocacy: Serve as a primary point of contact for HR inquiries, resolving issues effectively while maintaining a high standard of internal customer service.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with management to analyse HR metrics, identifying trends to suggest data-backed improvements to internal policies and processes.
Experience
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Bachelor's degree required; MBA in Human Resources highly preferred.
- Professional Background: 3 6 years of relevant HR Operations experience, specifically within the IT, ITES, or GCC sectors.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong command of labour laws, compliance standards, and modern HR practices.
- Systems: Proficiency in HRIS platforms and the Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel skills preferred).

- Operational Excellence: Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail and a proven ability to meet strict deadlines.
