Sr Lead Developer - Customer Interaction Suite

Role Overview:

We are looking for a full stack developer with strong back-end expertise in Golang,NodeJS,Web APIs, along with SQL , NOSQL database experience and the front-end expertise in TypeScript, LitThe role involves building scalable, high-performance applications with a focus on clean architecture and maintainability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build scalable backend services and APIs using Golang, NodeJS, Python/Java
• Develop SQL, NOSQL Queries for the application
• Develop and maintain reusable UI components
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions
• Ensure code performance is vital and also huge data processing,
• Ensure security and scalability of applications
• Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards
• Debug and resolve issues across the full stack

Required Skills:

• Experience in backend development using Golang, NodeJS, Python/Java
• Experience in TypeScript, Web Components and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
• Experience with Mongo DB
• Experience in the development of RESTful APIs and system integration
• Experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL)
• Experience with version control systems (Git), Agile Process,

Good to Have:

• Experience with microservices architecture
• Experience of authentication/authorization mechanisms (JWT, OAuth)
• Knowledge of testing frameworks (Jest, Go testing)
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Understanding of performance optimization (frontend and backend)

Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
• Good communication and team collaboration skills
• Ability to take ownership of features end-to-end

Experience:

• 8 to 14 years of development experience (flexible based on skill level)
