Job Description
- Experience: Minimum 8 years of overall experience.
- Relevant Analytics Experience: Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in Analytics.
- Team Handling: Minimum 2 years of experience managing a team, ideally handling 5–8+ members.
- Stakeholder Management: Strong stakeholder management is the key requirement, as the role is 70–80% stakeholder management and team handling.
- Technical Skills: Around 20% of the role involves SQL/Python coding. Strong hands-on expertise is preferred. ML is good to have but not mandatory.
- Digital Product/App Experience: Candidates should have experience working on digital products/apps, with a good understanding of:
- User journey and customer experience
- New feature creation/enhancements
- Product/project delivery
- Role Focus: Primarily to manage stakeholders, lead the team, and ensure timely and effective project deliverables.
