Job Description

  • Driving end-to-end image tuning, from sensor bring-up through mass production
  • Tuning ISP blocks such as AE, AWB, CCM, Gamma, HDR, LDC, including IR and low-light scenarios
  • Performing root cause analysis of image artifacts across the ISP pipeline
  • Optimizing image performance under real-world constraints (low light, HDR, IR, battery conditions)
  • Supporting sensor and optics evaluation and selection with vendors
  • Ensuring robust IQ performance across DVT/PVT and productization phases
  • Driving alignment with CM/ODM partners for calibration, tuning, and production readines
  • Collaborating with global stakeholders, including R&D, product teams, and manufacturing partners

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in camera image tuning / ISP pipeline optimization
  • Strong understanding of image sensors, optics, and color science
  • Hands-on exposure to tuning parameters including AE, AWB, HDR, Gamma, and low-light performance
  • Experience with tools such as Imatest, X-Rite/Macbeth, and controlled lab setups
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience in global collaboration environments
