Area(s) of responsibility
- Work with business stakeholders (including Agencies and PMO) to gather and clarify requirements and work items.
- Document and maintain BRDs, SDDDs, and RDDs.
- Support development teams in translating Business Rules into functional requirements.
- Create/update process flows and diagrams using Visio to support requirement understanding.
- Manage and track User Stories, Tasks, and Defects/Bugs in Azure DevOps.
- Provide ongoing support to development and testing teams.
- Ensure requirements are within scope and align with project goals and timelines.
Support Requirements/process Flow Reviews And Walkthroughs.-Support Requirements Traceability Matrix(RTM).Experience
- Strong experience in requirement analysis and documentation.
- Good understanding of end-to-end business processes.
