About The Role
As a Senior Platform Engineer, you will be a key architect of our embedded credit infrastructure,
building highly scalable systems that power the $400Bn MSME credit opportunity. You will own the
development of our API-first orchestration and data layers, ensuring a seamless, real-time lending
journey for thousands of businesses. Your work will directly with ability to maintain its
high API efficiency and platform availability while integrating with complex third-party ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
- Scalable Infrastructure: Design and develop highly performant, scalable web applications
using Java and J2EE to handle millions of monthly API calls.
- Ecosystem Integration: Architect and implement robust integrations with third-party digital
platforms (E-commerce, Logistics, SaaS) and capital partners (Banks/NBFCs).
- AI-Driven Development: Leverage AI tools and modern engineering practices to build, test,
and deploy robust applications with speed and precision.
- Platform Orchestration: Own the Orchestration Layer to customize products and
processes for diverse B2B platform cohorts.
- User-Centric Engineering: Apply deep B2B user empathy to design intuitive digital workflows
and Platform OS features like dashboards and monitoring tools

Must-Have Requirements
- Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience in platform or backend engineering.
- Tech Stack: Expert proficiency in Java, J2EE, and Web services (REST/SOAP), SQL, Expertise in
Distributed Systems, async processing and Event-driven architecture, experience in database
technologies like MySQL, Mongo, Redis, ElasticSearch, Hands on experience of messaging
technologies like Kafka, Airflow, etc. Familiarity with Cloud Infra like GCP, AWS, Kubernetes
etc.
- Full Stack Preference: Ability to work across the stack to deliver end-to-end features is
highly preferred.
- System Design: Proven track record of building and maintaining highly scalable,
performative web applications.
- AI Integration: Practical experience in leveraging AI tools to enhance the software
development lifecycle.
