We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Full Stack Developer - Camunda Leads to define architecture, design high-level solutions, and implement process automation within the CARE domain. The role involves hands-on Java/microservice development, building Proof of Concepts, and mentoring Java developers on Camunda BPMN. Strong experience with Camunda Engine, Microservice architecture, and Event-Driven Architecture is required. Spring Boot and CI/CD knowledge are essential. A degree in Software Engineering or related field is a must.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define architecture, create high-level design artifacts, and establish technology approaches and processes.
- Collaborate within a multi-team setup to successfully implement process automation in the CARE domain.
- Actively contribute to Java/microservice development aligned with sprint objectives.
- Support the growth of process automation for VOIS in Solstice.
- Build Proof of Concepts as required and enhance BPMN/Camunda capability within the organization.
- Mentor and train Java developers on Camunda BPMN while supporting the setup and upskilling of new team members.
Core Competencies, Knowledge, and Experience:
- Extensive experience with Camunda Engine, BPMN business process, and related tools.
- Strong expertise in SOA/Microservice architecture using Camunda.
- Proven hands-on experience in Java development, with deep understanding of Java design patterns, especially for microservices.
- Solid knowledge of Event-Driven Architecture and messaging platforms (preferably Kafka).
- Strong experience in Spring and Spring Boot. Familiarity with CI/CD and associated tools.
