Sr. Java Engineer/ Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Strong Engineering Background: Proven experience across multiple technologies and system architectures throughout career.
• Leadership Experience: Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team of 45 engineers; experience in mentoring, code reviews, and project ownership.
• Backend Development Expertise: Proficiency in Go (Golang) and/or Java for building scalable backend systems.
• Database Skills: Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL and SQL for schema design, optimization, and data management.
• Cloud Experience: Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services, deployment, and monitoring.
• Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with data privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA, and experience implementing compliant solutions.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities; capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams.
