About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Full Stack Java Developer with 45 years of experience to join our remote development team. The ideal candidate should have strong backend expertise in Java along with frontend knowledge and cloud exposure. This role requires working in a collaborative Agile environment and contributing to scalable, high-performance applications.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications.
- Build and consume RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms.
- Collaborate with frontend and backend teams to deliver high-quality features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (Sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews).
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
- Work independently while ensuring timely delivery of tasks.
Technical Skills RequiredCore Technologies- Strong hands-on experience in Java and object-oriented programming.
- Strong understanding and implementation of RESTful APIs.
- Solid knowledge of Authentication & Authorization mechanisms (OAuth, JWT, etc.).
Frontend Technologies- Good understanding of JavaScript.
- Experience with frontend frameworks such as Angular or React.
- Familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, and AJAX.
Database & Backend- Strong experience with relational databases such as:
- MySQL
- PostgreSQL
- Oracle
- Experience designing and working with Microservices Architecture.
- Hands-on experience working with AWS Cloud Services.
Development Tools & Methodologies- Experience with Git / GitHub for version control.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, JIRA).
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
Additional Skills- Good understanding of AI concepts and integrations (preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile- Self-driven and proactive.
- Comfortable working in overlapping US time zones (1 PM 10 PM IST).
- Able to commit to a MondaySaturday schedule.
