Job Description

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
Build RESTful APIs and integrate backend services with front-end applications and external systems.
Develop cloud-native applications using AWS services such as EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, API Gateway, etc.
Improve application performance, reliability, and scalability.
Participate in solution design, code reviews, and architectural discussions.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide root-cause analysis.
Work closely with DevOps teams to support CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/GitHub Actions/AWS CodePipeline).
Mentor junior developers and contribute to best practices, coding standards, and documentation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product features and improvements.

Requirements

6+ years of hands-on experience in Java development.
Strong proficiency with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data, Spring Security.
Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming, design patterns, and microservices architecture.
Experience with AWS cloud services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, CloudWatch, IAM, etc.).
Strong knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, MongoDB).
Experience in building RESTful APIs and distributed systems.
Hands-on experience with Git, Maven/Gradle, unit testing frameworks (JUnit/Mockito).
Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud-native deployments (nice to have).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to debug complex issues.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
