Job Description

  • Design, develop, and maintain robust Java-based microservices.
  • Build and optimize REST APIs for internal and external integrations.
  • Implement asynchronous processing patterns using Kafka and RabbitMQ.
  • Write clean, testable, and maintainable code following best practices.
  • Work with Oracle SQL databases for schema design, query optimization, and performance tuning.
  • Deploy and manage applications in containerized environments (Docker/Kubernetes).
  • Implement observability practices including logging, metrics, and tracing.
  • Collaborate with DevOps teams to improve CI/CD pipelines and release reliability.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and drive root-cause analysis and resolution.
  • Contribute to architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical documentation.
  • Constantly motivate and encourage team to give their best, especially during the time when they are pressurized with high targets.
  • Write well designed, testable, efficient code
  • Ensure designs are following specifications
  • Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review
