About the Role

As a Senior IT Security Analyst, you will play a key role in protecting the organization's information systems with a focus on identity and access management (IAM). This position requires strong technical judgment, the ability to work independently, and a collaborative mindset. Success in this role depends not only on technical expertise, but also on clear communication, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and maintain identity and access management capabilities across enterprise systems
  • Monitor security controls and user activity to identify risks and potential issues
  • Participate in incident response, investigations, and remediation efforts
  • Contribute to the development and enforcement of security policies, standards, and procedures
  • Partner closely with IT, security, and business teams to ensure secure and reliable access
  • Create clear documentation, reports, and status updates for both technical and nontechnical audiences
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute positively to team culture and shared goals

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3-6 years of experience in IT security, IAM, or a related discipline
  • Strong understanding of identity, access management, and security principles
  • Experience working in both onpremises and cloud environments
  • Ability to analyze security issues, assess risk, and recommend practical solutions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly
  • Strong collaboration skills and a positive, professional attitude
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team

Preferred Qualifications
