Job Title: Sr. International Recruiter- Hyderabad

About The Role

We are looking for an experienced International Recruiter with a proven track record in end-to-end talent acquisition across global markets. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience hiring for Malaysia, the United States (US), and Australia & New Zealand (ANZ) regions and possess a strong understanding of international recruitment practices, sourcing strategies, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, for international hiring requirements.
  • Source and attract high-quality candidates through multiple channels, including job portals, LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals, databases, and other innovative sourcing techniques.
  • Identify and leverage the most effective sourcing strategies to build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for niche and volume hiring.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates based on technical and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders across different geographies.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Partner closely with business leaders to understand workforce requirements and deliver timely hiring solutions.
  • Track recruitment metrics and maintain accurate candidate records using ATS and recruitment tools.
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Stay updated on hiring trends, market intelligence, and employment practices across international regions.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in international recruitment.
  • Hands-on experience recruiting for Malaysia, US, and ANZ geographies is mandatory.

Required Skills

  • Strong expertise in candidate sourcing and the ability to utilize a variety of channels to identify and attract top talent.
  • Well versed with different sourcing platforms and techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, X-ray search, Boolean search, professional networking, employee referrals, and talent databases.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong stakeholder and candidate management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple positions and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in recruitment reporting and Microsoft Excel.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and result-oriented.

Work Schedule

  • Work from Office – 5 days a week
  • Should be comfortable working in common shift timings and collaborating with global stakeholders across different time zones
