About The Role
We are looking for an experienced International Recruiter with a proven track record in end-to-end talent acquisition across global markets. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience hiring for Malaysia, the United States (US), and Australia & New Zealand (ANZ) regions and possess a strong understanding of international recruitment practices, sourcing strategies, and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, for international hiring requirements.
- Source and attract high-quality candidates through multiple channels, including job portals, LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals, databases, and other innovative sourcing techniques.
- Identify and leverage the most effective sourcing strategies to build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for niche and volume hiring.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates based on technical and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders across different geographies.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Partner closely with business leaders to understand workforce requirements and deliver timely hiring solutions.
- Track recruitment metrics and maintain accurate candidate records using ATS and recruitment tools.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay updated on hiring trends, market intelligence, and employment practices across international regions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in international recruitment.
- Hands-on experience recruiting for Malaysia, US, and ANZ geographies is mandatory.
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in candidate sourcing and the ability to utilize a variety of channels to identify and attract top talent.
- Well versed with different sourcing platforms and techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, X-ray search, Boolean search, professional networking, employee referrals, and talent databases.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder and candidate management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple positions and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in recruitment reporting and Microsoft Excel.
- Self-driven, proactive, and result-oriented.
