Source candidates using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster), references, and networking

Screen and coordinate interviews with candidates during weekdays and weekends drives

Support permanent hiring and C2H (Contract-to-Hire) recruitment processes

Assist TL (Team Lead) in mentoring and managing recruitment pipelines

Ensure timely follow-ups and smooth candidate experience

Adhere to recruitment KPIs and maintain records of candidates

Immediate joiners preferred, with flexibility for women with career gaps or small kids
