Job Description:

KREHSST Tech Solutions is looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior IT Recruiter with a strong background in Contract Staffing (C2H) to join our growing recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end IT contract hiring, a deep understanding of current market trends, and a proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for Contract-to-Hire (C2H) positions.
  • Understand job requirements thoroughly and identify suitable candidates through various sourcing channels (Job portals, LinkedIn, Networking, Referrals, etc.).
  • Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on technical and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, and ensure timely feedback.
  • Negotiate contract terms, salaries, and notice periods with candidates.
  • Maintain candidate database and ensure proper documentation.
  • Work closely with clients to understand requirements and provide quick turnarounds.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of skilled IT professionals for ongoing and future requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in IT contract staffing/C2H hiring.
  • Strong understanding of various IT technologies, roles, and terminologies.
  • Excellent sourcing, screening, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a target-driven environment.
  • Prior experience working with staffing firms or recruitment consultancies is preferred.

Preferred:

  • Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods will be given preference.
  • Experience working with enterprise clients or large-scale IT projects is a plus.
