Lead internal and external audit readiness activities. Manage control documentation, evidence collection, and remediation tracking. Ensure Audit compliance & software currency.
Partner with Legal, Compliance, and Government Security teams to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and standards.
Oversee GRC 12.0 implementations, focusing on workflow design for access request processes, Emergency Access Management, and user access reviews.
Manage multiple tasks and projects, maintaining clear communication and coordination among diverse stakeholders.
Foster a collaborative environment, encouraging creative thinking and problem-solving among team members.
Facilitate training sessions and workshops on SAP security best practices for internal teams.
Manage risk assessments and prepare necessary documentation for compliance reviews.
Support post-implementation reviews to ensure the effectiveness of security controls and processes.

Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
Minimum 12 years of experience in SAP security, with a focus on S/4HANA. Strong knowledge on SAP BTP platform and security.
Proven experience in multiple SAP S/4HANA implementations, including both Greenfield and Brownfield methodologies.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of handling multiple tasks with various stakeholders.
Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
Relevant SAP certifications are a plus.
3+ years of hands-on technical experience and expertise with S4 HANA, UI5 and FIORI.
Experienced in AGILE and DEVOPS environment
