Key Responsibilities
- CMDB Data Stewardship – You need to have a solid understanding of the ServiceNow Configuration Management Database. You will be required to maintain, troubleshoot and provide limited technical support to issues and workflows.
- Server Decommissioning – You will be required to have basic Windows, Linux and VMWare understanding to assist with the decommissioning of servers. This is an essential part of ensuring a clean and pristine CMDB.
- Technical Debt - You must be proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Visualizing burndowns and roadmap to Leadership on a frequent basis.
- Analyze and interpret data from the SNOW CMDB to provide actionable insights for IT service management.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor CMDB health and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and completeness within the CMDB.

QUALIFICATIONS
YOU MUST HAVE
- 6+ years of experience in data analytics and IT service management.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data interpretation and visualization.
- Proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools to extract and manipulate data effectively.
- Experience with ServiceNow (SNOW) and its CMDB functionalities.
