Job Description
We are seeking a Senior IT Architect to join our Aftermarket Services Digital IT team. This role will be responsible for the technical design and architecture of the core ERP processes connecting commercial, financial and operational flows, related to Aftermarket Services. This role is critical in shaping scalable, resilient, and future-ready solutions across our SAP landscape with focus on S/4HANA based Global Design Model rollout, while maintaining existing SAP ECC and SAP CRM platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Architecture & Design
- Define and own end-to-end technical architecture for ERP backend services supporting aftermarket service operations
- Design scalable, high-performance solutions across S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP CRM, and integrated systems
- Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards, security, and data governance
- SAP Expertise
- Lead technical design within S/4HANA, SAP ECC Customer Service module and SAP CRM environments, including integrations and custom developments
- Provide architectural guidance for order management, service management, installed base, and customer support processes
- Partner with functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions
- S/4HANA Transformation
- Serve as a core member of the S/4HANA program team for AMS IT
- Contribute to the solutioning, architecture, and migration strategies from SAP ECC to S/4
- Ensure data integrity, and minimal business disruption during transformation
- Technical Leadership
- Provide hands-on guidance to development teams on best practices, design patterns, and code quality
- Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with business leaders, product owners, and IT teams to align technology with business outcomes and contribute to enhancements of Global Design Model
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Influence decision-making across programs and portfolios
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Deep expertise in SAP ECC, knowledge of SAP CRM, including technical architecture and integrations
- Proven experience in large-scale SAP transformations, including S/4HANA programs
- Strong understanding of backend service architecture
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in aftermarket services, service lifecycle management, or similar domains
- Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA Service / CRM capabilities
