We are seeking a highly capable Sr IT Analyst, Legal Apps to join our team at Sparta Systems. In this crucial role, you will serve as the primary IT contact for our Legal and HSE applications, ensuring their effective management, support, and continuous improvement while collaborating closely with various stakeholders.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary IT contact and subject matter expert for key Legal and HSE applications, managing their full lifecycle including upgrades, patching, vendor coordination, and incident resolution.
- Ensure system availability, performance, and compliance with internal IT standards and regulatory requirements.
- Lead or support IT projects for Legal and HSE systems, covering new implementations, integrations, and enhancements.
- Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and deliver strategic solutions.
- Ensure applications meet stringent data privacy, security, and audit requirements, supporting internal and external audits.
- Partner with Legal, Compliance, HSE, and IT Security teams, acting as a liaison between business users and technical teams.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance user experience, and reduce technical debt, staying current with industry trends.
Skills Requirement:
- Hands-on experience with Legal and/or HSE applications.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes, SDLC, and Agile methodologies.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in a regulated industry (e.g., aerospace, manufacturing, energy) is preferred.
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks (e.g., SOX, GDPR, OSHA).
- Knowledge of integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi) and reporting platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
QUALIFICATION:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
