Job Description
In this role, you will impact the organization by ensuring that our SAP and financial systems are optimized for performance and reliability, ultimately supporting our business objectives and enhancing our competitive edge.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and optimize SAP FICO processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Analyze and improve financial and controlling IT systems to enhance performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement effective IT solutions.
- Provide expert guidance on IT strategies related to financial systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Partner with COEs to do the demo of solution to the super users & business, SME's
- Functional data and data support and data mapping
- Partner with COEs on assessing the needs of security profiles for the business and mapping security roles of super user with TO BE responsibilities
- Guide and validate the business operating models based on GDM
- Training the super users to ensure they are ready to do UAT and BOAT and support end user training plan
- Prepare and validate E2E testing, solution and scenario list
- Suggest and execute mitigation actions required from the readiness assessment
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- 5-10 years of experience in IT analysis, particularly in financial systems.
- Experience with SAP FICO or similar ERP systems.
- Experience with SAP S/4 HANA finance functionality.
