This isn't a typical interior role.

You'll be leading the design and execution of museum and exhibition spaces that people walk through, learn from, and remember. Spaces that carry stories, culture, and meaning, not just aesthetics.

Working directly with the CEO, you'll help shape the architectural and spatial vision of large-scale cultural and heritage projects. From early concepts to on-ground execution, your decisions will influence how these narratives are experienced in the real world.

What you'll be doing

• Leading end-to-end design for museum and exhibition projects

• Driving concept development, spatial planning, and storytelling

• Collaborating with clients, curators, consultants, and cross-functional teams

• Overseeing execution, ensuring design intent is carried through to site

• Mentoring teams and setting design direction across projects

• Strong exposure to museum, exhibition, or cultural projects

• Ability to think beyond form, into narrative and experience

• Confidence to lead teams and take ownership of large-scale projects

• Strong communication and client-facing skills
