About the Role :
We are looking for an experienced Senior Modular Kitchen & Wardrobe Designer with 5–6 years of relevant industry experience. The candidate should have strong design and technical knowledge, excellent client-handling skills, and the ability to independently manage modular kitchen and wardrobe projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Design modular kitchens and wardrobes based on client requirements, space, and budget.
- Understand client needs and provide functional, aesthetic, and practical design solutions.
- Prepare 2D layouts, elevations, 3D designs, and working drawings.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and design discussions.
- Take accurate site measurements and ensure design feasibility.
- Suggest appropriate materials, finishes, hardware, accessories, and colour combinations.
- Coordinate with Sales, Production, and Installation teams for smooth project execution.
- Handle client feedback and design revisions effectively.
- Prepare and verify BOQs, specifications, and design details.
- Ensure designs are completed within defined timelines and company quality standards.
- Support and guide junior designers when required.
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in modular kitchen and wardrobe designing.
- Good knowledge of modular furniture, materials, hardware, and accessories.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or relevant design software.
- Strong space-planning and visualization skills.
- Excellent communication and client-handling abilities.
- Good understanding of technical drawings and execution requirements.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Qualification
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 5–6 years of relevant experience specifically in modular kitchen and wardrobe design.
- Experience in the modular furniture/interior industry will be preferred.
