Sr Interior designer

• Develop concepts, space planning, layouts and design presentations.
• Prepare working drawings, elevations, sections and furniture layouts.
• Select materials, finishes, furniture and fixtures.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors and site teams.
• Conduct site visits and ensure design quality and execution.
• Resolve design and technical issues during execution.
• Guide junior designers and coordinate with estimation/procurement teams.
• Ensure timely completion of design deliverables.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in commercial/workplace interiors and fit-outs.
• Strong knowledge of space planning, materials and execution.
• Excellent client coordination and presentation skills.
• AutoCAD & SketchUp – Mandatory
• Photoshop, PowerPoint, Revit/3ds Max/Enscape – Preferred.
