Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Interior Designer, based in Mumbai. The Senior Interior Designer will lead the creation and implementation of innovative interior designs for a variety of residential and commercial projects. Key responsibilities include developing space plans, creating detailed interior design concepts, preparing construction drawings, and sourcing and coordinating FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment). Close collaboration with clients, architects, and project managers to deliver functional and aesthetically pleasing interiors will be a major aspect of this role.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Space Planning and Interior Design for both residential and commercial projects.
- Proficiency in Architecture and the development of Construction Drawings.
- Experience in FF&E selection, sourcing, and coordination for various projects.
- Strong creativity, attention to detail, and ability to manage project timelines.
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills to work with clients and cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in using CAD software, 3D visualization tools, and other design-related software is required.
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in leading large-scale interior design projects is a plus.
