Identify and resolve process integration issues and related problems
Sustaining and improving manufacturing technologies by ensuring product quality, reducing defectivity, improving process stability (Cp/Cpk), and increasing processing efficiency
Collaborating with technology development, process module & packaging team in ramping the technology and driving process solutions.
Detecting line issues through data analysis and driving appropriate containment and resolution in a timely manner in order to limit the impact to yield and delivery
Run DOE to optimize process margins and determine process & ET specifications
Customer engagement through reporting of issues, status and milestones
Clear reporting and communication of issues to home teams on a daily basis
Must be flexible in job assignment and ready to work on weekend shifts on a rotational basis as required by the business
Required Qualifications
B.E./B.Tech. with 3-4 years or M.S./M.Tech. with 0-2 years of relevant experience in Electrical/ Electronics Engineering, Photonics Engineering or Applied Physics
Knowledge of circuit design and test, solid state device physics, submicron FET architectures, and the implications of electrical characteristics and performance on yield and product behavior
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively within a globally matrixed team or environment

Preferred Qualifications
Candidates with hands on experience in circuit design, characterization, test, yield enhancement and/or product engineering
Working knowledge of semiconductor processing and process integration
